Machine park

 

Sign Partner A/S has the largest and most advanced machine park in Denmark. Among other machines we have a computer-controlled text and logo machine, with integrated cutting board. It can do foil widths up to 1500 mm. We have 6000 different types of scripts and a large number of logos, as well as an A3 scanner, that can do new logos and scripts.

 

Large-scale 4 coloured printer with widths up to 1600 mm, for printing on different materials such as foil, cloths, banners, flags, paper etc. for both indoor and outdoor use.

 

The large machine park also includes:

 

CNC controlled Accubend letter machine, the only one in the country - unique because it can shape letters after the wish of the costumer.

 

Acryl-bending max. length 3000 mm.

 

Acryl materials pressed in shapes max. 3500 x 2000 mm.

 

CNC cutting of steel sheets max. 3000 x 5 mm and aluminium max. 4000 x 3 mm.

 

CNC bending of sheets max. 4000 x 3 mm.

 

CNC rolling of sheets max. 4800 x 3 mm.

 

CNC format sawing max. 2500 x 7500 mm.

 

CNC Alucobond sawing/furrowing 2500 x 7500 mm.
